When you contact us or book an appointment, we may collect:

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Email Address

  • Location / City

  • Service preference and booking details

  • Health-related information (only if voluntarily shared, e.g. pregnancy/breastfeeding)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process bookings and respond to inquiries

  • Provide consultation and treatment recommendations

  • Send appointment reminders and follow-ups

  • Improve our services and client experience

We DO NOT sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Protection

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and secure.

  • Only authorized staff have access to your details.

  • Health-related details are treated with the highest level of privacy.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Confirmation

  • Your appointment is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit is paid.

  • Deposits will be adjusted against the final treatment cost.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Once your appointment date and time are confirmed, any rescheduling request must be made at least 5 days prior.

  • Deposits can be transferred only once to a new date.

  • Rescheduling more than once will incur an additional charge of ₹2000.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a loss of deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Eligibility

  • Services are not suitable if you are under 18, pregnant, or breastfeeding.

  • Certain medical conditions may also prevent treatment. Please disclose any health concerns during booking.

5. Results Disclaimer

  • Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired outcome.

6. Touch-Ups

  • Touch-up sessions are not included unless specified at the time of booking.

  • For complimentary brow touch-ups, you must schedule and attend within 2 months of your first appointment.

  • If this timeframe is exceeded, the touch-up will be chargeable as per standard rates.

7. Photo & Video Usage

  • Photos and videos may be taken for your own reference to clearly see the results and notice subtle changes more clearly than in person.

  • With your explicit consent, these photos/videos may also be used for educational, training, or social media purposes. Your identity will remain confidential unless you agree otherwise.

8. Studio Guidelines

  • Failure to follow pre-care instructions may lead to compromised results.

  • The same applies to aftercare instructions for both main and touch-up appointments.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if pre-care/aftercare is not followed or if contraindications are present.
