What our clients have to say
EXCELLENT Based on 67 reviews Posted on Jagruti HassaniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I live in the US and was visiting family in Pune when I decided to get my brows and lips done with Mansi. The results look so natural that now that I’m back in the US, my friends keep telling me I look better but can’t quite figure out what has changed which I think is exactly the point 😉. Really happy with the results and would definitely recommend her work.Posted on Koyel RoyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got my lip neutralisation done here after trying several treatments earlier, including lasers and peels, but nothing worked well for me. I came across Mansi’s work on Instagram and decided to try this treatment. It took some time to see the results, but it was completely worth it. I’m really happy with how my lips look now.❤️Posted on Jay DesaiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m writing this review two months after my mom got her eyebrow treatment done by Mansi. She is 68 and her eyebrows had become very sparse over time, so this was something she had been wanting to do for a while. The results look very natural, and the difference it has made to her confidence is honestly lovely to see. Mansi was patient, detail oriented, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Glad we chose her.Posted on Madhavi ShindeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I must recommend Mansi if you have looking for micro blading, she has hands on experience.great workPosted on Pragati KaulTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Even a five star is not enough for what Mansi does !!An artist par excellence!!! Mansi thank you for the brilliant work you do ! And most importantly for the beautiful person that you are ❤️❤️❤️Posted on Geetha ShettyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would give Mansi 10 stars if that was a choice. Mansi is one if the most professional cosmetologist I have come across. Her continued education in her trade makes her a standout in her profession. Mansi has a very friendly personality that puts you at ease instantly. She takes the time to understand your needs before making her suggestions. I am super happy with my new eyebrows. My eyebrows had thinned almost to nonexistent in some patches due to thyroid issues. I stopped going for my morning walks because penciling in my eyebrows at 6 in the morning was becoming a chore. Also, I started putting on my makeup before leaving my bedroom in the morning as I didn't want to be seen without eyebrows. Now I feel so free with my new brows. I really don't worry about leaving my bedroom with a just washed, no makeup face. My advice to ladies in my situation is that you are worth every penny you pay for your eyebrows. Go for it. You will be so much happier. Its not just vanity, it's dignity.Posted on Atulya RaiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Frequently Asked Questions
Will my natural eyebrow hair stop growing after this treatment?
No, your natural hair growth will continue as usual. The pigment is deposited only into the upper layers of your skin and does not affect your hair follicles in any way.
The reason most people do regular threading is to maintain a defined shape—but with this treatment, the shape is already created for you. Any new hair will grow above or below the pigment-defined shape, and you can easily clean that up using a facial razor or simple grooming at home, without needing to visit a salon every time.
Is the procedure painful?
Not at all — it’s a very comfortable experience. Most of our clients actually fall asleep during the procedure, thanks to the gentle technique and skill of the artist. A numbing cream is applied to ensure you feel as relaxed as possible. If there is any discomfort, it’s very minimal and completely manageable.
What is the healing process like?
The healing process is quite smooth. Some clients may experience mild redness or slight swelling after the treatment, but not everyone does — it varies from person to person. The color will appear a bit darker initially, which is completely normal. As the skin heals, it will soften and lighten upto 30-40% over the next few days.
That said, it never looks unnatural or artificial, the results are very natural and subtle. You can easily go back to work or attend social events without any hesitation. Full healing takes about 4–6 weeks, after which we usually schedule a touch-up session to perfect the result.
Is this treatment permanent?
It’s a semi-permanent treatment, not a forever tattoo. The results easily last up to 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare. For some people, the pigment may fade gradually over time, and in such cases, you can get a touch-up whenever you feel the need to refresh the shape or color.
Can I choose the shape and color?
Before we begin, our expert Artist Mansi mam will go through a detailed consultation to map out the perfect shape based on your face structure and your preferences. The color is also custom-blended to complement your skin tone and hair color.
What’s the difference between microblading and machine brows?
Microblading uses a manual blade to create hair-like strokes, while machine brows (like powder brows, ombre brows, or nano brows) are done using a digital machine that offers softer, more even results with less trauma to the skin. Machine brows are more suitable for all skin types, including oily, combination or mature skin, and tend to last longer unlike microblading which is only suitable for dry skin and lasts upto 8-10 months.
How long does the entire session take?
The entire process takes around 2.5 to 3 hours, including consultation, mapping, numbing, and the procedure itself. We take time to ensure every detail is customized and precise.
Are there any side effects or risks?
When done by a trained professional, the procedure is very safe. At our studio, all procedures are carried out by Mansi Ma’am, who holds multiple international certifications in permanent makeup. She follows strict hygiene standards, uses only high-quality, skin-safe pigments, and ensures that all tools are either sterilized or single-use for every client.
Her advanced training and gentle technique make the experience smooth and reassuring.
Can I do this if I have oily or sensitive skin?
Yes! However, your skin type does affect how the pigment holds. For oily & combination skin, machine techniques like powder or ombre brows , nano brows are much more suitable than microblading. During the consultation, your skin type is always assessed before choosing the right technique.
What should I avoid before and after the treatment?
Before the treatment: Avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, and skincare with actives (like retinol) for at least 24–48 hours.
After the treatment: Avoid sweating, swimming, sun exposure, and makeup on the brow area for about 7–10 days. A detailed aftercare guide will be shared with you.
I have diabetes / high BP / or I’m on regular medications — can I still get this treatment?
Yes, if your condition is under control and you’re taking regular medication, you can definitely go ahead with the treatment. However, we do recommend having a one-on-one consultation with Mansi Ma’am beforehand. She will ask you a few important questions about your health, medications, and overall condition to make sure the procedure is completely safe for you.
Also, if you’re on blood thinners or have any active skin conditions in the brow area, please inform us in advance so we can guide you appropriately.
Your safety is our highest priority, and Mansi Ma’am ensures every client is treated with the utmost care and professionalism.
I’m pregnant or breastfeeding — can I get the treatment done?
We do not recommend getting permanent makeup done while you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. During this period, the body is more sensitive and undergoes significant hormonal changes, which can affect both healing and pigment retention.
To ensure the best and safest results, we recommend waiting until after the breastfeeding phase is over.
What is Lip Blush / Lip Neutralization?
Lip Blush is a semi-permanent makeup treatment that enhances the natural shape and color of your lips, giving them a healthier, more defined, and youthful appearance. Lip Neutralization is specifically for people with darker, uneven, or pigmented lips, and it works by gently correcting the undertone to achieve a more balanced and even lip color.
Is the procedure painful?
Not really — it’s quite comfortable. Most clients say it feels like a mild tickling or vibration, and many even feel sleepy during the process. The technique used is very gentle and skin-friendly.
Will my lips look too bright or artificial after the treatment?
Not at all. Right after the procedure, the color appears a bit brighter and bolder, and even the lips look little swollen, which is completely normal and the swelling subside within few hours. Over the next few days, it softens beautifully, revealing a natural, fresh tint. It won’t look like lipstick — the goal is a subtle enhancement, not an artificial finish.
What is the healing process like?
Healing takes around 5-7 days. Your lips may feel dry, tight, and lightly scab in the first few days. It’s very important not to pick or peel them. The color will fade by 40–60% during healing, and the final results will appear after 6-8 weeks, once the lips are fully healed and settled.
How many sessions will I need?
It completely depends on how pigmented your lips are and how your skin responds to the pigment. However, a minimum of two sessions is required to see visible and lasting results.
The first session lays the foundation, and the second session helps lighten the tone and adjust the color as needed. For extremely dark or cool-toned lips, it may take anywhere between 2 to 4 sessions to achieve the desired neutralization and natural tint.
Each session is spaced 6–8 weeks apart to allow proper healing and pigment settling.
Is it permanent? How long does it last?
Lip Blush is semi-permanent and typically lasts between 3-4 years. The longevity depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare. You can get a refresh or touch-up whenever you feel the color has faded.
Can I still wear lipstick after the treatment?
Yes, absolutely — but it’s important to wait at least 8 to 10 days before applying any lipstick or makeup on your lips. During the initial healing phase, using lipstick too soon can interfere with healing and pigment retention.
Will the treatment make my lips look bigger?
Lip Blush does not physically plump the lips like fillers, but it does create the illusion of fuller, more defined lips by enhancing your natural shape and improving symmetry.
Some mild swelling is normal right after the procedure, but it’s temporary and usually subsides within a few hours. Once the swelling goes down, your lips return to their original size — just with a more polished, symmetrical, and healthier look than before.
Is this treatment suitable for dark or pigmented lips?
Yes, that’s exactly what lip neutralization is for. It works to correct cool, dark, or uneven tones over multiple sessions. Mansi Ma’am customizes pigments and technique based on your lip tone, ensuring safe and effective color correction for all skin types and tones.
I have sensitive skin or allergies — is this treatment safe for me?
Yes, but it’s important to discuss any known allergies or skin sensitivities during your consultation. Mansi Ma’am uses high-quality, hypoallergenic pigments, and takes all necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
Can I get Lip Blush done if I have a history of cold sores?
If you’ve ever had cold sores (herpes simplex), it’s very important to inform us in advance. The procedure may trigger a flare-up, so we recommend taking an antiviral medication 2–3 days before and after your session as a precaution. We’ll guide you through this during consultation.
What should I avoid before and after the procedure?
Before: Avoid caffeine, alcohol, blood thinners, and spicy foods for 24 hours.
After: Avoid spicy foods, lip makeup, sun exposure, and excessive moisture (like swimming or long steamy showers) for about 7–10 days. A detailed aftercare guide will be shared with you.
Who performs the procedure?
All procedures are performed by Mansi Ma’am, a multiple-time internationally certified PMU artist. Her expertise, gentle technique, and customized approach have helped many clients achieve naturally beautiful results with full comfort and confidence.
